    Doel is massawinst

    ik train 4 x per week soms 5 nu heb ik tijden zonder schema getraind alleen raakte ik op deze manier op een plateau. nu wil ik wat serieuzer aan de gang en heb ik een schema opgesteld, graag wil ik jullie feedback hierop.
