Spreek anders is met elkaar af of vraag elkaars msn. Het begint met een vraag over kuiten en eindigt in een date.
On topic:
Goede manier kan zijn, aangezien je 2 soorten vezels in je kuiten hebt. Fast twitch en slow twitch.
1e training:Je doet sitting calve raises. Zwaar gewicht 4 sets van 25. Deze voer je langzaam uit. Daarna standig calve raises, minder gewicht, meer herhalingen en minder gewicht, deze doe je 10 x 30.
2e training: Deze training pak je de zelfde oefeningen, alleen doe je er nu meer gewicht op en weinig reps. max 6. Deze voer je langzaam uit.
