  • Tnx mensen. Besloten bench op onderhoud mee te trainen. 10 dagen lang op vakantie elke dag schouders trainen had toch meer impact in de bench training dan verwacht (complete verzuring schouders). Vorige dinsdag:

    MP 3x3@70
    Bench 3x105; 3x95
    Chins 3xbw+25; 1xbw+40; 3x1@bw+50 en nog 2 setjes@ weet niet meer
    Chest supported rows incline 10, 10, 8 @32 snel achter elkaar
    Biceps rechte stang curl 8x; 6x @60; 8x50

    Vorige donderdag:
    Squat 7x5@182,5
    MP 3x3@70
    Bench 3x110; 3x100
    Chins 3xbw+25; 2x1@bw+40; 5xbw+25


    Straks squat 7x5@195.

            Probeer nog steeds wel dingen hoor. Alleen hoge reps ben ik vanaf gestapt.. Vooruitgang is er idd nog steeds, dit jaar veel vooruit gegaan op chins en squat. Ben nu wel benieuwd wat deze squat ronde me op gaat leveren

              • Zal binnenkort weer een fototje schieten. Al in geen tijden een foto geschoten, nu concentreer ik me alleen nog maar op de gewichten.

                          Straks even over de rumbleroller. Good mornings had ik nog over maar wilde niet te zwaar gaan, morgen ook nog squatten (licht). Morgen ook meer chins + rows denk ik.

                          Eerst weer wat sterker worden op good mornings en dan weer maxen op squat, zat vorige keer op 10x200 en had nog over.

                                Hoe ziet je schema er op dit moment uit? Voeding zou ook interessant zijn.
                                Kuur je? (niet verkeerd opvatten, ben gewoon geinteresseerd) Hoeveel jaar train je al? Kan niet precies vinden hoe lang, wel al een flinke tijd zo te zien.
