    Chins 5x bw, 3x bw+35, 3x bw +40,2x bw+40,1 x bw +45
    Chins met benen omhoog 10x
    Biceps curl 10x60
    In college, a guy from another country told me that he had been "juicing" for a few years. He was a very poor thrower and it made me wonder just how bad he would be if he were "clean."

    If I can drink water, sleep more, and eat normal and still defeat you while you're juicing hard, you probably don't have the aptitude. Sorry. Blame your genes. Dan John.

      • Hey man, nee geen vid. Bedacht me juist van de week dat ik dat nooit meer doe terwijl ik een aantal jaar terug bijna alles opnam. Ligt denk ook aan waar ik train, heb geen zin om voor elke zwaardere beurt iemand te vragen om te filmen..

            • Gewichten gaan inderdaad weer iets omhoog. Gisteren getraind:
              Squat 12x70, 6x110, 5x150, 18x180
              Bench 5x80, 5x100, 5x110, 5x120, 5x130, 5x140
              Bench vanaf pins ca 10cm van borst 3x140, 3x150, 3x160, 3x170
              Triceps, biceps en borst 2 setjes

              Iets geïrriteerde onderrug bij het uitpakken van de stang daarom 1 setje met hogere reps. Bench ging weer gemakkelijk.

                Bench vanaf pins, ca 10-15cm rom 3x150, 3x170, 3x180, 3x190, 3x200
                2x10 chins

                        • Ja, het ging echt nog gemakkelijk. Vandaag weer hetzelfde verhaal. Toen ik de 3 reps gedaan had met squat had ik het gevoel de 5 reps ook wel te halen. Moet mezelf dan echt inhouden omdat ik morgen ook weer train. Filmpje maak ik binnenkort wel. Had er vandaag één laten maken alleen door positionering camera zie je niet hoe diep ik ga (bovenbenen paralel met vloer), daarnaast heb ik die kerel z'n nr niet

                          Squat 8x70; 5x120; 4x160; 2x190; 2x210; 2x225; 3x235, wilde laatste set eerst 2 reps maar ging zo gemakkelijk, 230x5 moet nu ook wel lukken..

                          Cable row, trekken naar bovenborst 15x135

                            Tate press vlakke bank 2x10x35
                            Biceps curl 12x55; 15x65




                            Met 150kg setje squat iets zeurderig in onderrug maar met de 180 weer totaal geen last. Het lijkt dan wel of ik met opwarmen gewoon wat hogere reps moet pakken? Al met al lekkere training. Kan nu 4 dagen niet (goed) trainen. Zal wat handklap pushups en optrekken doen wanneer het uitkomt met de feestdagen.

                                Dat lijkt me toch logisch? dat je pas echt opwarmt wanneer je de oefening met meer reps pakt
