Walkouts vooral om m'n bovenrug wat aan te sterken. Merk met m'n deadlifts dat m'n bovenrug iets kromtrekt dus daarom even wat extra aandacht even in deze vorm. Geen squats voor nu nog idd.. Mp max is 100kg.. Deadlift nu even wat anders aangepakt, 2 dagen hetzelfde gewicht dan verhogen en minder setjes.

Ik snap je routine niet helemaal. Je traint MP en DL bijna elke dag nu, en bijna geen bench meer? Dit is niet negatief bedoeld, zeker niet, ben alleen gewoon heel benieuwd wat je idee hierachter is!
Ik pak het elke dag.. Nu een tijdje mp om m'n schoudergewricht wat rust te geven van het vele benchen de laatste tijd. Na deze cyclus ga ik wel verder met een bench+deadlift routine is de bedoeling. Nu doe ik er elke paar dagen 5kg. bij voor mp en 20kg voor deadlift. Doe deze week ook tussendoor de 150kg overdag. Dus bijv. vandaag 3x de 150 gepakt, gister 4x, naast m'n gewone trainingen.

Wil je aan 1 arm optrekken zonder met je losse arm je pull-arm vast te pakken? Had begrepen dat het vrijwel physiek onmogelijk is (al helemaal met meer dan 55 kg lichaamsgewicht), maar ik zou het zeker mooi vinden als je het red

Tnx! Dat wil ik idd. Ik ben met m'n 90kg ook niet heel zwaar. Zal wel eerst verder moeten werken naar een bw+bw chin, zit nu ongeveer op bw+50. Zal vooral een kwestie van oefenen zijn, aangezien ik nu er niet veel voor oefen duurt het nog wel een tijd eer ik het bereik.
