    Ja klopt ook hoor, alleen aan de andere kant moet je ook je krachten sparen voor de zwaardere sets. Ik had al 2x bw squats gedaan en 12 reps met 70. Het lijkt dan of ik met 'hogere opwarmgewichten' ook iets hogere reps moet pakken en niet op 3-5 moet gaan zitten. De reden dat ik dat vaak doe is dat ik dan weinig rust nodig heb tussen m'n sets door en snel achter elkaar door kan gaan.

        • Nu ook gedaan in eerste set Merk ook dat ik consequenter m'n rug los moet maken na squatsessies.. Zoals vandaag gewoon aan het eind 2 minuutjes buik en dan vooral veel benen omhoog gooien om onderrug los te maken.

          Zojuist:
          Bench 5x80; 5x100; 4x110; 3x120; 3x130; 3x140; 3x145; 3x150
          Bench negatief naar pins toe, vanaf pins omhoog drukken op borst niveau: 130/120; 150/120; 160/120; 170;120; 180;120; 190;120
          Squat 16x70; 6x110; 5x150; 2x180; 11x200
          Bench smal 5x110; 3x4x120
          Cable rows 12x135 toen kreeg ik kramp aan m'n teen en maar gestopt..
          Buik hangen en voeten naar bovenzijde stang 12x schuin
          L-sit

          Was wel weer even wennen na 4 dagen niet squatten..

            Chins 5x5x bw+25
            Bench smal 6x70; 4x110; 5x3x130; 2x4x120, laatste 3 setjes met pauze
            Cable rows 16x, 12x 135 naar bovenkant borst
            L-sit 2x en 1 setje leg raises naar stang

            Ik voel bovenkant rug een stuk beter nu ik de cable rows naar bovenzijde borst toe trek. Voorheen altijd onderzijde borst.

                  • Een good morning is altijd met licht gebogen benen. Gestrekte benen zorgt ervoor dat de gewichten laag blijven of dat je niet ver genoeg door kan zakken, daardoor ook weinig carry-over naar andere oefeningen als squat of deadlift. Ben ook geen fan van sl-deadlift. Op elitefts staat ook een aardig artikel over de good morning. Ik zie het een beetje hetzelfde als bijv. de halterstang bij bankdrukken naar de keel laten zakken, het is zwaarder maar wat het bijdraagd kan ik niet ontdekken.

                          Bench negatief langzaam tot pinnen laten zakken en 120 omhoog drukken: 150/120; 170/120; 180/120
                          Squat tot 7x150 en toen maar gestopt, te stijf van het niets doen
                          Bench 5x6@120, laatste 3 sets met stop op borst, superset met chins:
                          Chins 1x5, 4x6 @ bw+25
                          Db-swings totaal 40hh @ 40kg
                          2x cable fly, 1x triceps pushdown, 1x biceps cable curl in fly rek

                          Bench ging alles gemakkelijk. Squat heb ik vervangen voor db-swings. Niet lekker uitgeslapen, voelde me wat slapper dan normaal maar het trainen ging wel goed.
