    Laatste training in de Basic-Fit

    Deadlift:

    Vanaf set 5 met straps ivm grip, was dikkere stang dan gewoonlijk.

    Military press:
    - 50kg 3x3

    Chin ups:
    Was dip riem vergeten, dus met bodyweigth 6 sets gedaan, om en om set neutral grip chin ups en pull ups: BW: 8x,4x, 6x,3x,4x,3x

    BSS:

    - 4.5kg 1x15
    - 6.8kg 2x12

    Calf raise machine:

    Elke set gedaan zonder spotter, behalve de 82.5kg '2x'
    Bij de eerste herhaling raakte de spotter met z'n vingers al bij de helft van de ROM de stang aan, dus ik zei: niet aanraken. (wat ik ook al aangaf vooraf gaand, van je hoeft niets te doen, maar gewoon voor de zekerheid erbij staan).
    Toen mompelde hij iets van dan zoek je het maar zelf uit, en liep hij weg (terwijl ik net 2de rep was begonnen). Deze was wel gelukt.

    Like dude: leer fucking spotten xD..
