    Training vandaag: UB dag 1. Na vorige week weer even rustig aan op de squat vandaag.

    Squat:

    - 3 x 15 x 60kg

    Stiffed-legged deadlift (Dumbell):

    - 3 x 10 x 22kg

    Legg Press:

    - 3 x 8 x 260kg

    Kuiten Legg Press:

    - 3 x 15 x 200kg

    Legg-curl:

    - 3 x 8 x 106kg

    Kuiten Smith-Machine:

    - 2 x 15 x 120kg

    Tussendoor nog een paar setjes buik- en onderarm oefeningen gedaan.
