    Hello ppl,
    Hope everybodys fine here.
    A bit about myself:
    I am Franklin Mendonca from India(Goa,the land of babes,booze n bikin).
    I hold an MSc. in computer science n work with www.ugs.com.
    I am 25 yrs of age.
    my heigh is 5'11 inches n my weight is 85 kgs,waist 34 body fat should be around 13-15 havent measureed it off late
    I have been workin out for 5 yrs now,however an accident n back injury some 14 months ago shattered everthing, but due to my previous exercise regime,I recovered fast n have started working out again for the last couple of months.

    n yes lemme add...i work out on my own,i have a small gym at home.Earlier,back in my college days,I was an instructor at a local gym.
