Hallo ik train nu 4x per week en maak serie's van 10,8,6,6. Ik ga hier wel lekker op maar kan beter iemand tips wat voor serie's van herhalingen goed kunnen zijn?
Alles kan natuurlijk. Zou het alleen in periodes afwisselen. Dus niet alleen maar hoog in de herhalingen.
