Ik train nu 3 maanden intensief, en ben sinds kort begonnen met dit nieuwe schema ,verder was ik van plan om minimaal 4x per week te trainen, ik gebruik BSN, cellmass,trumass en nitrix. Graag zou ik jullie reacties willen over dit schema.
