Hallo ik ben alweer paar weekies verder en vind dat het wel tijd word voor een nieuw trainingsschema.
Mijn doel is massa en kracht.
Ik heb volgens mij zoveel mogelijk afwisseling gezocht in de oefeningen en de trainingsdagen. Ik doe steeds setjes van 3x8
Ik heb er ook linkjes bij gedaan zodat je de oefening ook echt kan zien. Dat is voor mensen zoals ik best handig als je al die namen nog niet uit je hoofd kent en wie weet kunnen daardoor andere mensen dit schema ook gebruiken.
