Hallo iedereen. Ik zat al tijdje in dit forum onderwerpen te lezen en dacht, kom wordt nu ook maar eens lid. Ik ben Henri dus, 26 jaar inmiddels en heb maar een wens, dat is gewoon mooi breed worden. Volgens trainers die ik heb gehad heb ik er de perfecte bouw voor. Probleem is alleen dat ik niet goed weet wat ik aan het doen ben en op de sportscholen waar ik ben geweest (2 in een klein dorp) hebben ze me ook niet geholpen. Ik ben nu 178 cm en 92 kg, heb een vetpercentage van 24%. Dit klinkt allemaal vreselijk weet ik, maar men zegt dat ik er goed uitziet, mooie bouw heb en niet dik. Nu wil ik gewoon het vet wat ik hem omzetten in spier. Weet dat deze zomer niet reeel is om dat gerealiseerd te hebben, maar in 1-2 jaar moet dit toch lukken??? IK ZOEK DUS HULP HOE IK DIT MOET AANPAKKEN !!!!!!
