Zou iemand me kunnen helpen wat doe ik fout? Na mijn mening eet ik voldoende en zit ik ook goed in me protein en nog boek ik nog niet de gewenste resultaten. Er komt geen kilo bij of gaat geen kilo af? Iemand tips wat ik zou kunnen aan passen? De eet tijden zijn globaal heb namelijk de luxe om met me werk exact om de 2 uur te eten. In grote lijnen houd ik me natuurlijk hier wel aan.

Dit is wat ik nu op het moment eet, Excel bestand toevoegen lukt me niet heb namelijk geen computer alvast excuses daar voor. Me vet percentage blijft het zelfde ongeveer geen grote schommelingen.

maaltijd 6, een halve kilo spagetti en 150g witbrood heb je geen kloot aan.. Maak er 250g spagetti van met 200g tonijn oid..veel beter...
En ik geloof niet dat jij niet niet aankomt op 6000 kcal per dag.. of je eet te weinig, of je berekend het verkeerd of je traint niet goed..Failure is your friend

Ik weeg me wekelijks bij de sport school, me vet varieert tussen de 11-12 %. Ik sport zon 4-5x per week wissel netjes me schema om de 6 weken. Als nog merk ik geen veranderingen.
