Rotary Torso
Dat is eigenlijk een ''kant en klare'' machine om een (om het maar zo te noemen) seated twist op uit te voeren.
Je zet de stoel zo dat je ongeveer 45 graden schuin naar rechts of links zit.
Je spant je buik een beweegt tot het midden (neus recht naar voren, je handen sitten bij de handvatten (beugel) die over je schouders bij de borst zit) en dan weer rustig terug.
Ben je klaar met de set, dan stel je de stoel in op de andere kant en beweegt vanuit daar weer naar het midden.
Als je de ene kant van de buik traint, rust de ander. Ik vind het persoonlijk best een lekkere oefening en lekker veilig.

die leg raise doe ik met bijna gestrekte benen. Je kan ipv die roman chair ook gewoon zwaar decline situppen, of op de kop hangen en situppen, die noem ik zelf altijd monkey situps

Exercise Advice: Lie on the floor on a mat on your back. Place your arms by your sides with your feet up and your thighs perpendicular to the floor. Using your lower abs, bring your knees to your chest while simultaneously tucking your chin to your chest. Return slowly to the starting position and repeat.
