    - ROBBY ROBINSON INTERVIEWED BY IRONMAN MAG

de wereldberoemde fotograaf Bill Dobbins over Robby Robinson....

I remember Robby at Gold's in 1975. He told me the gym he had trained at earlier had two sets of dumbbells - something like 30 lbs and 90 lbs (I think). When 30 lb curls became too light he had to curl with 90lbs. You do what you have to do.

"People laugh and call me lazy, while they twit around in their three-hour workout making zero progress. Sometimes, instead of what you do in the weight room, it's what you don't do that will lead to success."

Heeft ie zo te zien niet nodig

Ik sprak eens de engelse pro Eddie Abbew en die heeft al 7 jaar zijn armen niet getraind, trainde hij mee met rug/schou en borst vertelde hij.
