RR: BACK, LEGS - TAKE A DAY OFF. SHOULDER, BICEP AND TRICEPS - TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF. ABS EVERY OTHER DAY.

RR: HVY WEEK - 10 TO 11; LIGHT WEEK -15 TO 16

RR: 4 TO 5

RR: 10, 8, 6, 5, 3

RR: HVY DAYS 1 T0 1:50 MINUNTES - LIGHT WEEK 1:50 TO 2 MINUTES.
Q: In general, on a scale of 0%-100%, how much of an edge do you think supplements can realistically give a bodybuilder?
RR: IT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO ACHIEVE A FULL MUSCULAR PHYSIQUE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU AGE. YOUNGER YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITHOUT THEM.
Q: What type of supplement, if any, have you found to help you recover from workouts faster?
RR: I HAVE USED PROTEIN POWDERS, GLUTAMINE, AMINO ACIDS, VIT C. SINCE SIGNING WITH GAT- I HAVE USED JET MASS, AMINO ACIDS AND THEIR AMINO RECOVERY DRINK.
Q: What, in your opinion, is the most important benefit a supplement can provide you with during your workouts?
RR: HEALING, EMPOWERMENT OF THE MEALS EATEN, RECOVERY FROM WORKOUTS. BETTER DIGESTION OF MEAL.
Q: What do you think is the most difficult thing about training?
RR: NOTHING. YOU HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE IT FUN. FALL IN LOVE WITH IT.
Q: What is the thing you like the most about training?
RR: EVERYTHING. IT IS A JOY ! EVEN NOW AT 66.

I remember Robby at Gold's in 1975. He told me the gym he had trained at earlier had two sets of dumbbells - something like 30 lbs and 90 lbs (I think). When 30 lb curls became too light he had to curl with 90lbs. You do what you have to do.
