Ik heb sinds 1 januari geen alcohol meer gehad....
Nee helaas, aan mij heb je geen goeie, ik rook wel eens een enkele keer met uitgaan enzo, maar als ik dat zou laten, is dat puur omdat ik het doe voor mijn training. Ik mis dus de mentaliteit.Één bodybuilder kan meer eieren eten dan tien kippen kunnen leggen.Comment

Tja...ik heb me waarschijnlijk onsterfelijk belachelijk gemaakt...en een blijvende herinnering overgehouden in de vorm van een CD...een vriend die mij had opgegeven vond het noodzakelijk om het op schijf vast te leggen.Maar ik had wel wat vocale hulp...m'n hond begon mee te blaffen tijdens mijn kraaiengezang..There are no more barriers to cross. Ik ben even een half jaar van alles afgebleven, om daarna bewust te kiezen dat met echt veel leuker is. Alcohol laat ik wel staan.
Na een avondje mezelf slopen zet ik de volgende dag de knop om en start gelijk weer met eten en trainen.

Een straight edger is dus iemand die zichzelf beperkt in zijn doen en laten op basis van idealen die direct met het lichaam te maken hebben? Ik snap dat niet waarom iemand die wel drugs en drank neemt geen straight edger kan zijn. Indien hij het met mate doet is hij toch ook een straight edger? Hij kan de 'straight edge' dan toch ook bij 3 drankjes plaatsen, bij 3 pillen of 3 joints? Een fancy naampje voor geheel-onthouders die niet graag zo genoemd worden.In college, a guy from another country told me that he had been "juicing" for a few years. He was a very poor thrower and it made me wonder just how bad he would be if he were "clean."
