    Hallo mede BN'ers
    aller eerst de beste wensen voor 2015

    ik train al ruim 5 jaar eerste tijd fullbody schema's gedaan
    daarna wat 3 daags split schema's. wat schema's om droger te worden
    het Lb/Ub schema. heb veel ook onder begeleiding van dyno gedaan
    ben erg tevreden over de insteek van zijn training en voedingschemas

    Nu wil ik graag het nieuwe jaar starten met een 5 daags split schema
    doel is droger worden en wat gains pakken

    stats momenteel
    29jaar
    187cm
    bf 12%
    93kg

    heb me ingelezen over supersets was hier voorheen niet bekend mee.
    en wil dit nieuwe jaar me hier op gaan richten heb hieronder een 5 daags split schema en zie graag jullie mening hier over. B1 en B2 is de superset
