Hallo allemaal, ik ben 16 jaar en ben 1,79 cm ik weeg 67 kg, mijn doel is om 75kg te wegen ik fitness nu al 1/2 jaar maar eerst deed ik niet zo serieeus en ging ik maar 2x per week en deed ik meer cardio omdat ik nog jong was maar nu ik 16 ben wil ik goed gaan beginnen, ik ga nu 5x in de week naar sportschool, en heb een schema en zit ook boven me calorien maar ik kom met moeite aan en heb nog wel een klein beetje vet bij mijn buik dat je net geen 6 ziet zegmaar, maar wat is nou beter om te doen droogtrainen of eerst heel veel massatrainen en als ik wat aan ben gekomen te gaan cutten? Wat is het beste om te doen?
