"Paleo" means we use the whole body for this lift, as if throttling wounded prey. Because when our starving ancestors wrestled their supper, they didn't isolate their upper backs and maintain a flat spine and rigid lower body. Bar must bounce off the rib cage to count as a rep.

Heavy sets are focused on power, light sets on speed. Being explosive and sprinty in a high rep range, this lift makes an excellent accessory to deadlifts

Nou, ik ben helemaal overtuigd! Volgende training zit deze erin.
