    Wat vinden jullie van Deze Schema?
    ik heb deze van een vriend gekregen
    (heb je zelf een betere stuur mij dan een PB)
    Ik wil meer Spiermassa hebben
    groter-steviger-sterker worden!!!

    Dag 1: Borst+Triceps Reps:

    Bench Press 5x5

    SS1 Push UP Max (SS1 = Superset 1)

    Dag 2 benen:
    Back Squat 5x5
    Leg press +calf raise 15-12-10-8
    SS1 Hip trust 15-12-10-8
    SS1 Plank 3x30sec
    SS2 Front Squat 15-12-10-8
    SS2 Leg raise 4x30 op bankje, helemaal door naar beneden

    Dag 3: Rug+Biceps
