    De mijne was:
    75 gr havermout met 25 gram rijstebloempap
    30 gram isolaat
    5 roereieren waarvan 2 met dooier
    blauwe besjes met 50 gram amandelen
    "You are what you eat..."
    That's strange I don't think I've eaten any sexy beasts today...

                        4 plakken volkoren brood, 2 x pindakaas en 2 x farmer salade
                        1 x roggebrood met stroop

                        en een lekker shakeje
