Ik heb nu ivm voetbal een week rust ingelast en gister weer begonnen. Grote tegenvaller ;/ Moest echt terug stappen qua gewicht. Maarja het verschilt denk ik per lichaam, misschien is een week te veel en zou ik ook 4/5 dagen moeten proberen.

Dat is best normaal, alleen je zal sneller op je oude niveau terug zijn dat dat je er eerst over deed om vanaf het lagere gewicht dat je nu traint te komen op het gewicht wat je normaal doet.Originally posted by qbane View PostYes, it's hardcore... Ik hou niet van rust,soms op een rust dag moet ik gewoon ff half uurtje touwtjespringen.
Maar met boksen belast je je spieren op allerlei manieren,dus dat scheelt.
