    Wat vinden jullie van mijn schema?

    Ik doe de workouts om en om: ma, wo en vr. Weekend = rust.

    A
    Squat (3 x 5)
    Bench Press (2 x 8 + 1 x 6)
    Deadlift (3 x 5)
    Chin up (2 x 8 + 1 x 6)
    Back/shoulder (2 x 8 + 1 x 6)
    Biceps (3 x 8)



    B
    Squat (3 x 5)
    Military Press (2 x 8 + 1 x 6)
    Barbell Row (2 x 8 + 1 x 6)
    Incline Press (2 x 8 + 1 x 6)
    Pull up (2 x 8 + 1 x 6)
    Triceps (3 x 8)

    En hoe wil je dan vooruit gaan? Vind de oefeningkeuze wel goed, gewoon basic.
    In college, a guy from another country told me that he had been "juicing" for a few years. He was a very poor thrower and it made me wonder just how bad he would be if he were "clean."

    If I can drink water, sleep more, and eat normal and still defeat you while you're juicing hard, you probably don't have the aptitude. Sorry. Blame your genes. Dan John.

      ik doe steeds 1,25 kg erbij zodra ik merk dat het soepel gaat
