En waarom kun je volgens jou die side raise niet doen dan? Er zijn toch dumbells... Leg extension vindt je ook in elke gym, kan me niet voorstellen dat die er niet is.Dumbells build a bigger chest

Dus alleen voor je kuiten pak je een heel ander schema? In deze fullbody schema uit de sticky hebben alleen kuiten 'apparaten' nodig. Je komt heel ver met een stang, gewichten, dumbells en powerrack. Of heeft jouw gym ook geen powerrack of squatrek net als de mijne?
