Bij borst trainen dumbells en barbell breder pakken.. leg meer focus op buitenkant borst.. meer pomp in buitenkant.. heeft bij mij voor enorm positieve veranderingen gezorgt in de vorm van mijn borst. het is veel meer een plateau geworden ipv 2 halve voetballen

Ik heb momenteel al genoeg met 2 keer in de week borst te trainen:
1 ste keer: incline BP / cable flyes
2 de keer: BP ( op kracht ) / dips
Wel wat meer dan 3 sets per oefn. Meestal rond de 5-6.I'm not special, but not the same as you.
Because I do things you will never do.

Ik heb nooit begrepen waarom het chest dips wordt genoemd, kun je dat toelichten?
Als eerste flat benchen vervolgens flat dumbell press, flyes houden en dan eventuel dippen. Incline is in mijn ogen overrated.Comment

Ik zou het niet doen als je dan zo'n borst krijgt als die vent op het filmpje. Ik wist niet dat mannen ook hangtieten konden krijgen.
