    Romanian Deadlift
    Lunges
    Cable Ham curls
    donkey calf raise (opstapje met weight belt , alternatief is welkom)

    B : Bench press ( DB licht incline 15°)
    Rows
    Pull up (weighted )
    Dips (weighted)
    Side Laterals
    optie : Tricep pushdown of overhead EXT
    : Incline Bicep curls


    Bij A begin ik afwisselend met RDL of front squat

    Bij B begin ik afwisselend met Rows of bench press


    Roepen jullie maar (ideen die ik er bij benen kan bijvoegen zijn ook welkom maar denk eraan ........ home gym ! )
