Kan iemand helpen wanneer en hoeveel whey, creatine en dextrose in moet nemen want ik zie zoveel verschillende verhalen.
Ik dacht nu zo:
-Smorgens 25g whey
-30mins voor de training 10g whey en 5g creatine
-direct voor de training 25g dextro
-direct na de training 25g dextro, 25g whey en 5g creatine
