als het echt teveel pijn gaat doen dan is het niet aan te raden

Ze zeggen altijd *No Pain No Gain* bij iedereen ligt die pijngrens ergens anders ik vind het persoonlijk lekker om te trainen met een beetje spierpijn (niet te veel natuurlijk)

Pak wat lichte oefeningen voor de traps. Maak bv 20 reps met een licht gewicht. Dat zorgt ervoor dat de spieren goed doorbloeden en dat de stijfheid grotendeels verdwijnt.Comment
