Over zout:
Unless you have a tendancy towards high blood pressure, dietary salt intake will have NO adverse effects on your body aside from some slight water retention and increased diuresis (which you should be doing plenty if you're drinking enough water.) The renin/angiotensin/aldosterone system is a mighty potent fella.
A little extra sodium here and there can actually be a good thing, due to the fact that as bodybuilders, we workout quite a bit and sweat like pigs. Well, when we sweat, we lose plenty of water and salt; therefore we must replenish our salt needs by taking in a bit more sodium. Sodium improves the storage of carbohydrates (CHO) conclusively enhances amino acid absorption, which ultimately improves muscle tissue's sensitivity to insulin. Bottom line: Unless you're 1 week out of a bodybuilding competition, a little extra sodium in one's diet is not going to do much harm, and can actually provide the individual with some very nice essentials.
Not to mention the fact that every single cellular process occuring in your body during every second of your life from a single cell through death is intrinsically attached to a SODIUM potassium ATPase.

Wat je verkeerd doet is het advies van mensen die je willen helpen negeren.
Maar ik zou eerst maar is beginnen met je voedingsschema compleet te maken.
Ook je groenten en je sups. er in vermelden, want dan kunnen mensen helpen.A strong body needs a strong mind.
