                  Ben geen bodybuilder , maar ik eet elke morgen ook havermout, met chiazaad, hennepzaad walnoten . kaneel en stukjes peer er door heerlijk ontbijt en vult goed neem dan tussen door gekookt ei.
                  1kopje havermout.
                  2kopjes water.
                  1 eetlepel chiazaad
                  1 eetlepel hennepzaad
                  1 thelepel kaneel
                  1 handje vol walnoten heerlijk lekker en erg gezond.
