ik lees dit nou allemaal net effe.... @ mofo: dat winstrol je pijngrens verlaagd, dat komt niet omdat je minder pijn kan verdragen, sjakie. dat is omdat je veel meer pijn hebt, doordat je gewrichten uitdrogen!
het is idd zo dat test. vanaf dag 1 werkt, MAAR dat merk je niet!

Ik voelde de winny pas na 2weken. Ondervindingen:Meer gewrichtspijn, Iets sterker,Hogere bloeddruk, meer last van een bloedneus,Meer aders thats all... Ik zou winny enkel nog gebruiken als cut aas. En dit max 2* per jaar want het doet toch wat met je cholesterol! Je lever voel je niet en dit is het probleem.

Oude post van BC op CEM over winstrol en pijn.

I was reviewing some old stuff, studies and old PM's between me and nandi, since i'm going to be starting the updating on the stanozolol profile this week. One set of back and forth PM's was about stanozolol's unique ability to stimulate collagen synthesis (in fibroblasts in culture, which may not mean much) by increasing TGF-beta1, whereas androgens, through the AR specifically, seem to normally decrease TGF-beta1 in healthy tissue.

Oddly enough the one steroid that does seem to have the possibility of offering increased tendon repair (note, this is hypothesis only, fibroblasts in culture in no way allow easy extrapolation to muscle tendons) is one that is often perceived as causing painful joints. This is however likely linked, since TGF-beta1 is a pro-inflamatory cytokine (as nandi was kind enough to inform me). Inflammation seems to be a crucial point in muscle repair. We've seen this from the use of PGF2a in the past by bodybuilders, whose increase post-exercise is needed for fusion of myotubes and muscle-repair overall (also demonstrating the negative effect of NSAIDS on exercise induced muscle growth). So the joint discomfort caused by stanozolol, may in fact be what is causing joint repair.

Alternatively estrogens seems to increase repair of tissues and increase TGF-beta1. This could explain the effect of nandrolone. We know that nandrolone can act as a very potent estrogen by activating ERE's through the AR. One of these actions could include the release of these pro-inflamatory cytokine. Of course to what extent this is the same in muscle tendons as in androgen-responsive tissue like skin is unclear, because AR negatively affects TGFb1/Smad2 signalling. This is why eventhough testosterone converts to estrogen, it doesn't have this effect, because it converts to a more potent androgen in these tissues. The opposite would be true for nandrolone, which would convert to a weaker androgen.

Het is een cutting-produkt.
Als dat zo was geweest hadden we wel winstrol gebruikt ipv d-bol voor een bulk-stack.

had keer winny only 7kg gepakt in 5 weken...

als je aan het cutten bent is het vrij logish dat je niet
zwaarder wordt van winstrol
maar je kan in je kuur als je aan het cutten bent op de zelfde gewicht blijven terwijl je vet% gedaalt is dus feitelijk heb je spiermassa gewonnen.

maar hetis ook zo wanneer gebruik je het wat voor doeleinden
maar je kan er zeker wel een paar kilotjes mee pakken (niet in de cut)
