    Face pulls: (De upright row / high pull zorgde ná die training voor wat lichte discomfort in rechter schouder. Gezien ik m'n schouders blessure vrij / hersteld mogelijk wil houden voor dips, maar wel traps en bovenrug wil trainen, ga ik komende tijd face pulls doen.
