Ik denk dat martin weinig tijd heeft om een goed verslag voor jullie te schrijven, mischien wat geduld. Ook hij werkt en traint he.
Zou wel leuk zijn als hij het uiteindelijk zou leveren, want veel bodybuilders hebben we niet op dit forum.

Gefeliciteerd, ziet er goed uit, die andere zijn allemaal redelijk lelijk wat betreft hun huid, ik vind dat het bij jou er erg goed op ligt! Het enige waardoor mijn hart 4 centimeter lager in mijn lichaam kwam te liggen waren die filmpjes van de cardio, dat is niet stoten hoe je het behoort te doen:P weet dat het voor de cardio bedoeld is, maar moest het toch even kwijt.Comment
