    • Meestal wel low rep bankdrukken ja. Laatste setjes waren laatste training dan 8 lichte herhalingen. Gemiddeld een uurtje bezig.
      In college, a guy from another country told me that he had been "juicing" for a few years. He was a very poor thrower and it made me wonder just how bad he would be if he were "clean."

                Zijkant buik is iets pijnlijk doordat deze verrekt is zo lijkt het. Sinds zaterdag ineens last van. Squat en optrekken gaat daardoor voor geen meter. Het voelt niet als iets ergs dus denk dat ik eind van de week/begin volgende week weer wat normaler kan trainen.

                Zondag:
                Bench 5x85, 4x100, 2x3x120, 2x2x135, 1x150; 1x155
                Squat tot 5x150, buik voelde erg zuur toen maar gestopt
                Bench 3x85, 3x100, 3x120, 5x2x135
                Chins wijd 12x, 8x

                Gisteren:
                Incline bench 5x70; 5x90; 5x100; 5x110; 5x120
                Licht optrekken
                Squat tot 5x150 nog steeds pijnlijke buik
