Klopt de squat moet dieper, de deadlift deed ik eerst maar half. Nu echt volledig omlaag en weer omhoog.
Er liggen rubberen matjes onder tegen de herrie, bouncen een beetje. Maar anders lopen ze te zeiken over dat gebeuk.
EN romanian was de bedoeling.
Donderdag reguliere deadlifts.Best: Bench: 1 x 150 / Squat 1x 245 / Deadlift 1x 280.
