Meestal zo'n drie kwartier, als ik eerder klaar ben vul ik het vaak op met buik oid. Hou er rekening mee dat dit alleen week 1 is, misschien doe ik er in week 3 ook push presses tussendoor, en gebruik ik een hogere intensiteit. Ik ga het niet invullen, dat zou het saaier maken voor mij.

Hij gaat nog even uitgesteld worden. Ben bang dat ik m'n doelstellingen om een 170 bench en 300 deadlift voor het eind van dit jaar anders niet ga halen + ik ben op zoek naar werk, wil dus niet gainen nu wat bij dit schema nogal in de weg zit.In college, a guy from another country told me that he had been "juicing" for a few years. Vorige keer geen gewicht toegevoegd maar besloten om opnieuw op te bouwen in de hoop dat ik het wat langer door kan trekken. Heb gekozen voor 10x1, voor zowel bench als deadlift. Vandaag vlogen de gewichten omhoog. Doe er elke dag een paar kg bij per oefening, vandaag deed ik:
Bench lockout hold (+klein beetje pressen) 180kg
Bench 10x1@130
Deadlift 10x1@170
Biceps 'ahnuld' curl (schouders naar voren, triceps tegen een stang aan en dan curls) 3x3@55 + uithangen biceps met DB's tussen de setjes door.In college, a guy from another country told me that he had been "juicing" for a few years. Jep! Was dit schema vandaag helemaal zat en besloten maar wat hoger in gewicht te gaan om het schema te beeindigen. Nu dus een weekje rustig aan.
Vandaag:
Bench 1x135
Bench lockout hold 185
Bench 1x135; 1x145; 2x150 (easy reps op snelheid, zat meer in); 22x100, pfieuw!
Deadlift 1x170; 1x220; 1x250 (250 voelde te zwaar aan om reps mee te maken, ook niet gek na iedere dag DL)
Hierna nog wat triceps gepakt met incline small benchen en paar keer opgetrokken. Had gewerkt en weinig geslapen dus was op het eind echt stuk, vooral die 100 bench op reps hakte er hard in.
