did the job, deze hele week 'low' reps 6-10 near failure 3 sets all.
-pull machine (near failure)
-T-bar rows (near failure)
-latt pull downs (near failure)
-dumbell rows
-shrugs (failure)
-tricep overhead extensions + dropp sets (near failure)
-tricep pushdowns (near failure+partials)
20 min cardio,.Make it happen, shock everyone!
