Ja kapsalon = grote bak met rijst, kip, sla en kaas. Die kaas kan je ook weglaten maar ik laat er meestal wel een beetje op. Patat is alleen weer ff minder als rijst he En als je deze rijst op hebt wil je echt geen patat meer!
Deze week deload dus stelt niet veel voor, chins zijn het enige wat nog de moeite waard is om te vermelden. Ben gestopt na 45kg omdat ik nog een 5je wilde doen met de 30. Even kijken hoe zwaar ik morgen ga op chins.

1xbw+45

Vandaag wat gebenched tot 3x140. Had er wel 4-5 reps van kunnen maken maar toch wat ingehouden omdat ik maandag weer begin met een nieuwe routine.
