Chins 2x2@bw+25; 3x1@bw+35
Tussen de chins door nog uitgehangen aan 1 arm.In college, a guy from another country told me that he had been "juicing" for a few years. He was a very poor thrower and it made me wonder just how bad he would be if he were "clean."
If I can drink water, sleep more, and eat normal and still defeat you while you're juicing hard, you probably don't have the aptitude. Sorry. Blame your genes. Dan John.

@gleke: Ik kies voor langere tijd toch meestal de variant waarop je het meeste gewicht kan pakken. Het uithangen is puur om m'n grip nog wat extra te trainen. Ik doe de chins met straps omdat ik al een tijdje een lichte irritatie in m'n onderarm had. Heb er bijna geen last van, alleen met chins/pull ups. Het trekt langzaam maar zeker weg.In college, a guy from another country told me that he had been "juicing" for a few years.
