Nee nog geen 90, zit nu op 85 kg over 4 maandjes zit ik wel op de 90 kg denk ik zo, als dat lukt heb ik bijna 20 kg gegaind in 1 jaarDon't ever let somebody tell you, you can't do something.

Wel lekkere gewichten gepakt, alleen voelde me hams nu beter dan me quads, deed nu ook 1 oefening meer voor me hams dan vorige training. Ook extra oefening voor kuiten, kuiten stonden helemaal strak na de 2 oefeningen,heerlijk!
