    opbouwen 10 reps
    150 / 200/ 250 kg/ 250 kg

    Stiff leg deadlift:
    4x10x60 kg

    SS standing leg curl en barbell walking lunges
    4x10x? en 4x10x40 kg

    Kuiten goed aangepakt, onderin en bovenin 1 seconde vasthouden. Standing en seated calve raise.
    Morgen na schooltijd rug en biceps pakken
