Proberen om morgen nog te sporten, dan benen pakken en buik, misschien armen nog.
Volgende week weer gewoon 3x, volgende week depleten en waarschijnlijk donderdag middag en vrijdagmorgen carbload, om zaterdag shoot te doen.
