training ging voor geen meter, na quads was ik al dood op en leeg =/
circuit: 3x
-leg extensions
-walking lunges
-squats
3 sets sissy squats near failure
incline bench 5 sets, tussen de sets standing push ups voor pomp
cable crossover 3 sets
incline press machine 1 sets only partials high/low
decline presses focus: 3 sets.
15 min cardio...
vandaag dan maar wat extra carbs, ipv 600gr gekookte rijst, 500gr ongekookte pasta dus verdubbeld.Make it happen, shock everyone!
