  • Week 19 UB1

    Al een week gestopt met de maizena shake. Ik moest er echt enorm van boeren laten. Kon amper in 1 keer een glas water drinken zonder te boeren. Nu gaat zelfs een halve liter terug zonder problemen.

              Bench,Pendlay en Overhead kan nog wat bij. Squat zit echt tegen mijn limiet en deadlift ging verbazend vlot gisteren.

              Ik ga proberen ook op wat assits te verhogen komende week.

                            • Het moeilijkste bij de deadlift is de lift off, telkens de baar tot boven mijn knieën is gaat het goed. Binnen 2 weken 160kg, heb deze paar weken terug toch al van de grond gekregen. Geen idee of ik dat dan 5 keer ga kunnen.
