  • Als je je bank wilt verhogen kan je ook ff wat lager in herhalingen gaan zitten. En doe je ook rear delt raises? Front raises zijn altijd overbodig, de voorste koppen krijgen genoeg werk door de presses.

                      Wil eigenlijks nog shrugs toevoegen aan een van mijn trainingen, ik zat te denken aan mijn schoudertraining op dinsdag of bij mijn rugdag op donderdag. Ik denk zelf beter bij me rugtraining omdat ik anders misschien op donderdag nog spierpijn heb als ik de shrugs dinsdag doe..
