    6x140 kg (volgensmij is dit wel een VPR)

    Voor het eerst in tijden dat na het squatten me hams ook naar de kloten waren volgensmij..

    Legpress: was nog kapot van het squatten haha

    walking lunges: barbell per been

    Standing leg curl:

    Standing calve raises:
