    • Normaal werk ik tot 6 en ik was nu eerder vrij. Avonden komen me niet zo goed uit eigenlijk, eventueel volgende week dinsdag/woensdag avond.
      sq 150- dl 2x180- be paused 110 - pp - 92.5
