Nog steeds aan het opbouwen. Vorige week alles nog licht gepakt, nu ietsje verhoogd. Heb de wide grip chins vooraan geplaatst op dag 5. Benchpress op dag 4 heb ik in staggered set gedaan maar voelde minder. Staggered sets met tegenovergestelde spiergroepen werken denk toch beter, het voelde niet lekker. Deze week dus gewone benchpress en daarna bw flyes.

Alles weer erg easy. Ga het bankdrukken de volgende keer waarschijnlijk opbouwen per reeks (2,3,5) of neerwaarts opbouwen. Even aankijken.

Ik doe ze dan alleen dichter bij de grond, ik weet niet of dat veel uitmaakt, ik heb er voor de rest nog niet mee geëxperimenteerd..
Ik ga over een half uur trainen omdat ik morgen naar het ziekenhuis moet voor m'n verstandskiezen en weet niet of ik dan wel mag/kan trainen.

Vandaag m'n verstandskies eruit laten halen. Hij stond dwars op de andere kiezen. Tijdens de verdoving spoot de helft van het spul eruit en zat m'n hele nek onder. Toen ze hem door midden wilde breken verging ik van de pijn en kreeg ik nog een verdoving. Nu zo'n 3 uur verder is de verdoving nog steeds niet uitgewerkt. Ik ga morgen weer trainen als het goed is. Vandaag vooral veel chocomel drinken en kwark eten. Ik ga nu weer even over op het ijs

Moest erg opletten dat ik niet m'n tanden op elkaar zette, elke oefening met een open mond uitgevoerd. Je staat er normaal niet zo bij stil hoevaak je je tanden wel niet op elkaar zet. Kracht zetten ging een stuk lastiger.
Zo even wat tosti's en melk met olijfolie wegwerken. Noten eten was gister echt bagger (te hard).

Moest erg opletten dat ik niet m'n tanden op elkaar zette, elke oefening met een open mond uitgevoerd. Je staat er normaal niet zo bij stil hoevaak je je tanden wel niet op elkaar zet.
Ik zie bij mij in de gym sommigen met gebitsbeschermers trainen. Je weet wel, die dingen die boksers ook gebruiken. Maar het zal niet met kiespijn te maken hebben, wat bij jou nu wel het geval lijkt te zijn. Sterkte!
